Discusses his career from his early modernist houses to larger commissions. Examines his early training and architectural influences, and attempts to identify recurring themes in his work. Gives an analysis of a selection of his buildings, and provides 300 illustrations including 50 colour photographs. Includes biographical notes, a list of buildings and projects and a bibliography. The author is a practising architect and editor of 'L'architecture d'Aujourd'hui'.
