摘要:The case study describes the process involved in EDI implementation in the Australian automotive industry. Buyer-supplier interactions during EDI implementation and its impact on technical, political, behavioral and trading partner trust aspects are discussed in this case study between Ford Australia (manufacturer) and Patents, Brakes and Replacements Limited (their first tier supplier).
