摘要:This book attempts to capture recent knowledge on the role of cytokines and chemokines in autoimmunity by focusing on some of the most prevalent organ-specific or systemic autoimmune disorders. After beginning chapters on the function and structure of cytokines and chemokines, sections cover their genetics and mechanisms of action in the context of autoimmunity, and the role of different cytokines and chemokines in various autoimmune disorders.
