摘要:The tragedy begins one night in the courtyard of the royal palace of Elsinore. The shadow of the dead king, Hamlet of Denmark, makes its appearance constantly. The ghost of the king does meet his son, Prince Hamlet and informs him that his wife Gertrude in complicity with his brother Claudio (dead king's brother) had poisoned to seize the throne. Prince Hamlet does not know whether to believe in what he has seen. Hamlet then his revenge plot to uncover the truth and pretends to be crazy at all, even before he loved Ophelia. She was the daughter of none other than Polonius, King Claudius accomplice.
