摘要:This case study describes the development and implementation of a knowledge-based policing system that enables information regarding incident reports, arrests and investigations to be collected, distributed and managed in a paperless, wireless environment. Challenges faced in merging wireless, wired, database, and application technologies while satisfying the user requirements of the police department are detailed in this report.
