• 摘要: Annotation Our study examines changes in welfare participation and labor market involvement offemale welfare recipients starting in the early 1990s and extending through 1999. We focusparticular attention on the dynamics of recipients' employment activities in the light of thewelfare-to-work emphasis of policy reform.
