摘要:Les propriétés médicinales et la valeur nutritive de l'argousier sont conneus depuis plusiers siècles en Europe et en Asie, mais commencent à peine susciter un intérêt économique en Amérique du Nord. Outre ces qualités, cette espèce d'arbuste rustique est souvent utilisée pour prévenir l'éerosion du sol et possède également une capacité de fixation de l'azote.
