摘要:This report is an analysis of the influence of health in the daily lives of people worldwide. It takes account of the role of people as providers and consumers of health services, as financial contributors to health systems, as workers within them, and as citizens engaged in their responsible management, or stewardship.; This volume's aim is to evaluate good or bad performances by individual health systems by looking at factors including equal resources, what drives performance, and what produces dissatisfaction. The report also discusses what tools can be used to measure performance and outcome and investigates how improvements can be made.
