摘要:Libraries are facing significant challenges thathave profound implications for their modusoperandi. Chief among the challenges are theproliferation of new technologies fordelivering library services, the plethora ofprojects vying for scarce resources, andincreasingly demanding constituencies withdiverse needs and expectations.
