Volumes feature Japanese traditional children's toys illustrated by Seifu Shimizu and Tekiho Nishizawa. This complete set contains more than 420 pages of color woodcut prints, some hand-colored and some highlighted with gold and silver. The first 6 volumes (in brown wrappers) were published in Shimizu's lifetime, the last 4 volumes (in orange wrappers) were published posthumously.
