摘要:In 2008, director Michel Gondry (Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Green hornet, You'll like this film because you're in it) wrote to cartoonist Julie Doucet (My New York diary, Elle-humour) to propose that they make a film together. The duo settled on a unique combination of drawing and film that involved inserting "real" Julie into a landscape of her own imagery. In keeping with both artists' interests in memory and autobiography, the subject of this film is their collaboration itself.
