The book is divided into sections describing how to make a face older, children's make-up, fairy-tale figures, clowns, animals, imaginative faces and faces from different nations. The projects are created and described step-by-step, accompanied by a series of photographs. The examples of make-up used serve as a basis for the reader's own imagination to produce personal creations using the techniques described. The book also pays attention to the methods of making false bald heads and wigs, rubber wounds, noses, beards and hair pieces. The materials needed are easily available, and sometimes ready-made products are used which can be obtained from make-up suppliers, toy, or novelty shops.
