Lebanon is a tiny country found in the very heart of the Middle East. Especially famous for a cuisine that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, and grains, Lebanese cooking is as delicious as it is healthy and versatile. Lamb, bulgur, and almonds are common in many Lebanese dishes, and mezze, or appetizers, are a very important part of their cuisine.
